Collection of Personal Information
Customers’ personal information such as their name, address, phone number and email address collected online, over the phone or at our outlets, is regarded as dear as our own. We do not in any way share, sell, lend or transmit your information to any other firm for marketing purposes. The information you share with us voluntarily is only for record, order processing, accounting and marketing purposes of SF Food & Beverage Pte. Ltd., its sub-brands and related entities. Customers’ consent will be sought if we were to use your information for purposes other than stated here. We will retain your personal information in our data base and should you need us to remove your information, kindly contact us at Tel: 6366 8000. Any changes to our privacy policy will be updated on this page.
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. A reference to this “website” is to website owned and/or operated by SF Food & Beverage Pte. Ltd. including but not limited to the information, text, images, links, sound, graphics and video sequences displayed therein (the “Materials”).
By accessing this website and any pages thereof, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions below, do not access this site or any pages thereof. SF Food & Beverage Pte. Ltd. may in its sole discretion make changes to the terms and conditions here so customers are advised to check back at this page periodically for updates.
Price
All prices listed on the website are inclusive of 9% GST.
Self pick-up is no longer available.
Delivery Timing / Charge
There are two delivery time slots from Mondays to Saturdays except Public Holidays:
1) 10.00 am to 2.00 pm
2) 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm
All orders must reach us at least 2 working days before the date of delivery.
Delivery fee is S$30 per location and this delivery fee is waived for orders above S$250.
We deliver to the following restricted areas at a fee of $50 per location:
Changi Airport (Transit & Departure Area), Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island as well as other off islands.
Redelivery
A redelivery charge of S$20 will be imposed for every subsequent attempt of delivery. If redelivery falls on another day and we need to repack your order, we will also charge you for the products repacked accordingly.
Redirection
For redirection of order, a charge of $20 will be imposed if we are not notified at least 48 hours before the date of delivery. If your order has been prepared and redirection falls on another day, we will have to repack your order and charge you for the products repacked accordingly.
Order Cancellation / Refund
Cancellation of order must be made at least 48 hours before the date of delivery to qualify for full refund. However, a cancellation charge of S$10.00 will be imposed.
Replacement
Please check your goods at the point of delivery or collection. Fruits
bruised or damaged at the point of delivery or collection will get a 1 to 1
replacement.
